I found this to be a wonderfully helpful book in my growth in dealing with my husband's ADD. I had no understanding before reading this book all the issues surrounding a person with ADD and the myriad ways the disorder can impact a relationship. I feel calmer, more understanding, and ready to face the challenges of tomorrow with a spouse who has ADHD. I'm really glad I read this book. I had already read up a lot on ADD and how it affects my spouse but I was still frustrated from having to live with his ADD and felt like I was stuck in the rut of feeling resentful and reacting in the same way to our issues stemming from ADD all the time.

From maintaining realistic expectations to setting boundaries, the advice in this book has really helped me to manage how I frame him, his ADD, and my own role to play in his struggles with ADD within the bounds of our marriage. Well worth the time to read. Helpful insight to a heavy subject especially for someone not exposed to ADD before. It was perfect for me to learn a little bit more about ADHD.
